Emma's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission to cure blood cancer.
My team, χάρις (Kharis), is representing cancer research. LLS funds the most promising blood cancer research across the globe and forges collaborations to accelerate new discoveries, treatments, and cures. With a more than 70-year track record, LLS has supported virtually every advancement in blood cancer treatment – including approaches once thought impossible. LLS has invested more than $1.7 billion in cancer research since 1949, leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics, and personalized medicine that are improving and saving patients’ lives.
Through my campaign, I am hoping to honor the memory of one of my younger brother's closest friends who lost his battle with Leukemia a few years ago.
As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:
- Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
- Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
- Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
Thanks to your support, our efforts will help ensure my generation is the last to see cancer.

It is a pleasure to support Emma's efforts to raise funds for this organization. One of our teammates at JLL was recently diagnosed with Leukemia and is going through chemo treatment now. His name is Aaron Roberts and we would like to donate in his honor and to honor all those that have battled this disease.

Emma - Thank you for all of your efforts to raise funds for LLS. I lost my Uncle Mike to Leukemia in 2020 and I pray that these funds will make a difference in helping the researchers to find a cure for this dreadful disease.
